Intrinseque Health is seeking an experienced GMP Warehouse InCharge to join our team in Melaka, Melaka. This is a full-time role responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our GMP-compliant warehouse. As the GMP Warehouse InCharge, you will play a critical role in ensuring the efficient and compliant management of our pharmaceutical and medical device inventory.
Manage and supervise the warehouse team to ensure all warehouse activities are carried out in accordance with GMP guidelines.
Oversee the receipt, storage, picking, packing and dispatch of all pharmaceutical and medical device products.
Implement and maintain effective inventory management systems to ensure accurate stock levels and traceability.
Coordinate with quality assurance and production teams to ensure timely distribution of products.
Liaise with suppliers and customers to resolve any warehouse-related issues.
Ensure the warehouse environment, equipment and processes meet all relevant GMP, health and safety standards.
Prepare and maintain comprehensive warehouse records and reports.
Provide training and development opportunities for the warehouse team.
Minimum 4+ years' experience working in a GMP-regulated pharmaceutical or medical device warehouse environment.
In-depth knowledge of GMP guidelines and warehouse management best practices.
Strong leadership and people management skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
Excellent problem-solving, decision-making and time management abilities.
Proficient in inventory management systems and warehouse automation technologies.
Tertiary qualification in a relevant discipline such as logistics, supply chain or warehouse management.
