Qualifications

• 8 years of experience in Quality/Supplier quality/supplier chain management.
• Broad experience in quality standards and management systems.
• Good ability to communicate in English, both spoken and written.

Responsibilities

• Work with Purchasing team for supplier sourcing and selection.
• Conduct supply chain risk assessments.
• Lead supplier audits and performance monitoring.
• Serve as a communication channel between suppliers and internal teams.
• Develop systems for supplier quality management.
• Initiate continual improvement programs with suppliers.
• Monitor and report on supplier quality performance indicators.
