Qualifications

• Experience in industrial equipment, automotive, semiconductor, or medical manufacturing environments.
• 8-10 years of relevant experience with a minimum of 5 years in a managerial role.
• Strong knowledge of machining, plating, and assembly processes.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings (GD&T preferred).
