Job summary

A global leader in animal health is seeking a Global Quality Auditor in Kuala Lumpur. You will be responsible for conducting audits and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. The ideal candidate has at least 5 years of auditing experience, a Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field, and is bilingual in English and Mandarin. Your Role: Global Quality Auditor (EGQCA)

As a Global Quality Auditor, you will be part of the Global Quality & Compliance Assurance (EGQCA) team to ensure commercial operations comply with company standards and regulatory expectations. In this role, you’ll be responsible for advancing audit readiness, risk assessment, compliance oversight, and continuous improvement initiatives across internal and external operations.

Your Responsibilities:
  • Conduct, schedule, prepare, and report Global Quality audits and assessments of internal and contracted commercial operations.
  • Lead or participate in risk assessments, mock inspections, audit trending, and compliance issue escalations.
  • Mentor, train, and support qualification of new auditors; influence cross-functional teams using audit insights.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives, including Six Sigma projects, while maintaining strong communication and interpersonal relationships with auditees.
  • Represent EGQCA in due diligence audits and assess Top 10 product supply chain operations to support uninterrupted product supply.
What You Need to Succeed (minimum qualifications):
  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent experience) in physical/biological sciences, Engineering, or another technical field.
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of auditing experience in API manufacturing platforms.
  • Skills: Ability to analyze detailed scientific/technical information, assess risk, interpret regulations, and communicate clearly (bilingual in English & Mandarin/Chinese).

Additional Information:

Travel: 50% or more annually (1–2 week trips; domestic & international; occasionally short notice).
