A leading coatings company in Selangor, Malaysia, seeks a Global Finance Process Optimization Analyst to enhance finance processes and support global projects. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of relevant experience, a Bachelor's degree in a related field, and proficiency in finance processes, data analytics, and tools such as Power BI. Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently are essential to succeed in this role.
You will be part of the Global Finance Innovation COE and supports the global finance business process optimization / standardization. You will cover finance resource gaps and participate in global projects (S4 Hana and Central Finance). You will support the global finance innovation streams (P2P - Procurement to Pay, R2R - Record to Report and O2C - Order to Cash) in the organization optimization by standardizing, simplifying and automating processes. You will ensure consistency and standardization of onboarding activities and defining the optimal organization structure within finance. You will be reporting directly to P2P Stream lead.
A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT /finance or related discipline
Minimum of 5 years of experience in an IT, project team and BPI environment
Expertise in Finance processes, data analytics, AI, coding, and Power BI development
Technical and business thinking
A team player with the ability to learn and work independently
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a proven ability to deliver excellent customer service and build positive relationships
Strong time management and organizational skills with a keen eye for detail, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all tasks
Experienced in developing successful methods of collaboration among global clients and coworkers
Knowledge in SAP (FI-CO) and SAP Central Finance is a plus
Knowledge in Oracle Financials is a plus
Knowledge of other language rather than English is a plus
