Qualifications

• Possess more than 7 years’ work experience in the DC industry/MEP Consultancy/Construction/IT/Real Estate industry.
• Adept at building and maintaining strategic customer relationships.
• Strong written skills to draft reports and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring communication and alignment.
• Oversee the end-to-end delivery of contracted services, ensuring adherence to SLAs.
• Manage the full lifecycle of data center construction and customization projects.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and procurement standards.
