Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience in Accounting or Finance or equivalent.
• Management experience of at least 1-2 years.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of accountants for assigned countries.
• Assign roles and responsibilities to team members.
• Review team's work to ensure accuracy and quality.
• Provide guidance and coaching on new policies and requirements.
• Coordinate month balance sheet review with Regional and Country.
• Implement standardization of processes across countries.
• Drive commonality and simplify processes according to company policies.
• Coordinate jobs migration from the country to SSC as per plan.
• Achieve cost-efficiency and eliminate redundancy through the center.
• Engage and motivate the team.
• Plan resources and drive efficiencies.
• Monitor team KPIs.
