Sena Cardiology Ambulatory Care Centre – Petaling

The Doctor (General Practitioner) undertakes to carry out, during the continuance of his employment, to the best of his abilities and professional expertise and in accordance with all current established and recognized medical practice and procedures and with all reasonable care and skill befitting a medical physician and surgeon including but not limited to the following:

  1. To examine, assess, diagnose, advice, recommend and treat patients for a variety of common ailments as to their suitability for medical procedures and/or wellness treatment.
  2. To prescribe all necessary medications prescriptions and drugs prior to, during and after the treatment or procedures to be carried out or carried out on the patients.
  3. To provide independent advisory and consulting services including but not limited to pre and postoperative care, advice, consultation and treatment that is in line with preventative health initiatives.
  4. To order and analyse medical or clinical diagnostic tests.
  5. To maintain patients' medical and treatment history and communicate relevant medical records to specialists as needed including keeping detailed up-to-date and accurate records of all things done in relation to the provision of the medical services as mentioned hereof and to make such records (and copies thereof upon request) available to the Company/Clinic for inspection and accounting purposes.
  6. To provide all and any of the services above stated at the Clinic or other treatment centres under the Group.
  7. To manage and monitor the daily operations of the Clinic, including supervision of nurses and medical staff deployed at the Clinic/undertheGroup.
  8. Upon request by the Company, to present paper and/or to give talks and/or hold dialogs or discussions at seminars conferences or any promotional efforts and exercise related to Aesthetic and Wellness Treatment provided that the same shall not contravene the laws of Malaysia nor the Code of Professional Conduct for medical practitioners.
  9. To promote at best endeavours, the interest of the Company/Clinic and its affiliates.
  10. To train any duly qualified and registered medical practitioner or supporting staff employed or to be employed by the Company in respect of provision of scope of work / services at the Clinic/other treatment centres owned by the Company.
  11. To liaise and work closely with all departments, subsidiaries, associate companies and related parties for any other scope of work/services commensurate with accountabilities of the post and as directed by the Company/Group Managing Director/Designating Reporting Superior.
  12. To perform any other scope of work/ services commensurate with the accountabilities of the post.
