Job summary

A leading recruitment agency is seeking a Function Lead to oversee digital advertising sales for the Greater China Region. This role involves driving revenue growth, managing account operations, and leading teams. The ideal candidate will have 7+ years in digital media or sales leadership, with 3+ years in team management. Proficiency in Mandarin is required, alongside strong analytical and communication skills. The position contributes to significant business performance and strategic initiatives.

Qualifications

  • 7+ years in digital media/online advertising or sales leadership.
  • 3+ years leading or growing sales/account management teams.
  • Proven record of achieving or exceeding revenue targets.
  • Experience with advertisers/agencies in the Greater China market.
  • Prior experience in a multinational digital marketing environment is an advantage.

Responsibilities

  • Co-develop and execute strategic and tactical sales plans for GCR.
  • Ensure achievement of overall revenue and KPI targets.
  • Manage and coach Sales Managers and Account Managers.
  • Drive process efficiency and business performance.
  • Provide regular performance updates to senior stakeholders.
  • Maintain understanding of the GCR export business.
  • Build, motivate, and retain high-performing sales teams.
  • Identify actionable insights and design improvement plans.
  • Ensure clarity across teams for all sales initiatives.
