Qualifications

  • Minimum 2–5 years of experience in hotel front office operations.
  • At least 2 years in a supervisory role.
  • Able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
  • Malaysian citizen.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise daily front office operations, reception, and guest services.
  • Ensure smooth check-in and check-out procedures.
  • Handle guest feedback and complaints professionally.
  • Train and supervise front office staff.
  • Prepare duty rosters and manage attendance.
  • Monitor room status and liaise with other departments.
  • Ensure compliance with hotel policies and safety regulations.
  • Assist in daily reports and cash handling control.
  • Upsell rooms and hotel services.
  • Ensure grooming and professionalism of staff.
