We are seeking an experienced and personable Front Desk Receptionist to join our team at SMARTBUILDERS CONTRACTOR SDN.BHD. in our Kuala Lumpur office. As the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, you will play a crucial role in creating a positive impression and ensuring the smooth operation of our front of house. This is a full-time position.

What you'll be doing

Greet and assist clients, visitors and employees in a friendly and professional manner

Manage incoming calls, emails and correspondence, directing enquiries to the appropriate departments

Provide administrative support, including scheduling appointments, managing reception area and supplies

Maintain a clean, tidy and welcoming reception area

Support with other ad-hoc administrative tasks as required

What we're looking for

At least 2 years' experience in a front desk or customer service role, preferably in an office environment

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with a diverse range of people

Strong organisational and multi-tasking abilities, with attention to detail

Proficient in using standard office equipment and software, such as Microsoft Office

A friendly, professional and customer-focused approach
