Fronix Services is a leading provider of staffing solutions in the aviation industry. We are currently seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic fresher to join our team as a Ground Staff/Ticketing Executive in Cochin Airport.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greet and assist passengers at check‑in counters, boarding gates and arrivals
  • Handle ticketing, reservations, and booking inquiries for customers
  • Provide excellent customer service and ensure a smooth and efficient check‑in process
  • Assist passengers with baggage check‑in and boarding procedures
  • Handle any customer complaints and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure the smooth operation of flights
  • Assist in the boarding process, including checking boarding passes and directing passengers to their seats
  • Ensure compliance with all safety and security regulations
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area
