As an Application Support Engineer, you will be the first line of defense for our users, ensuring the smooth and reliable operation of our key business applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide first and second-level technical support to internal and external users, diagnosing and resolving issues related to our software.
• Monitor application performance, identify potential stability concerns, and escape complex issues to senior developers or IT teams.
• Document support procedures, solutions, and contribute to our internal knowledge base.
• Assist in testing new application features and patches before they are deployed live.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders to understand their needs and provide timely updates on issue resolution.

Candidate Requirements

• Education: A Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related technical field is mandatory.
