Requirements
  • Proficiency in Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Malaysia
  • Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Computer literate and familiar with any accounting system
  • Ability to work independently with strong initiative and also collaborate as part of a team
Responsibilities
  • Assist in the preparation of a full set of accounts
  • Perform data entry of financial transactions into accounting software
  • Update and conduct regular reconciliation of accounts payable, supplier statements, bank statements, Aspire reconciliation/budget limits, and bank accounts
  • Support month-end and year-end closing activities, including journal adjustments, accruals, and reconciliations
  • Assist in the drafting of financial statements in accordance with regulatory and reporting requirements
  • Handle any other ad‑hoc duties as assigned by the supervisor
