A leading resort company in Malaysia is seeking a Food Hygiene & Safety Manager to oversee the application of health policies and ensure compliance with hygiene standards. The successful candidate will be the main contact for hygiene issues and responsible for developing the skills of the Resort’s teams in health, safety, and risk prevention. • Ensure application of the resort’s hygiene policy.
• Identify malfunctions and implement action plans.
• Control conformity of products and processes.

• Develop skills of Resort teams on health and safety.

• Ensure the application and monitoring of the resort’s hygiene policy.
• Identify malfunctions and non-conformities and implement effective action plans
• Control the conformity of products, processes, installations and equipment
• Be the key internal contact in case of hygiene problems and health crisis.
• Develop the skills of the Resort’s teams in terms of health, safety and risk prevention.
