The successful candidate will ensure timely delivery, monitor fleet performance, manage driver recruitment, and adhere to all safety regulations. A Bachelor's Degree in Logistics or a related field and proven experience in transportation or logistics are essential in this position, along with strong leadership and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
• Proven experience in transportation, logistics, or fleet management.
• Strong knowledge of transportation regulations and compliance standards.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Proficient in transport management systems and route planning.

Responsibilities
