Job summary

A prominent resources management firm in Malaysia is seeking an experienced accountant to manage daily accounting activities with a focus on fixed asset and lease accounting. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting, possess intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, and qualified as CA, ACA, ACCA, or CIMA. Responsibilities include processing invoices, auditing expense claims, and preparing monthly account reconciliations. Qualifications

• 2–3 years of accounting or finance experience.
• Shared service or audit experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily accounting activities.
• Review and track fixed asset project costs.
• Process invoice matching and verification.
• Audit expense claims for accuracy.
• Generate vendor payments and perform payment clearing.
• Research and resolve invoice discrepancies.
