Principal Accountabilities:

Lead the end-to-end preparation and review of monthly management accounts to ensure accuracy and timeliness.

Prepare & review financial reports for internal and external stakeholders.

Orchestrate the annual budgeting process, cash flow projections, and strategic reporting in strict alignment with Group Finance directives.

Establish and uphold robust accounting policies, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and internal controls.

Partner with IT to drive financial system enhancements and ensure readiness for digital compliance (e.g., E-Invoicing implementation).

Analyze and present monthly financial performance to Senior Management, transforming data into actionable strategic insights.

Manage NBS annual budget planning and strategic forecasting to support accurate tax estimation.

Control product costing by reviewing vehicle and accessory costs to ensure margin accuracy and profitability.

Curate high-level financial decks and key performance data for monthly Group CEO management meetings.

Ensure full statutory compliance and adherence to accounting standards across all financial statements.

Drive team performance through mentorship, annual goal setting, and KPI management.

Support the business with ad-hoc financial projects and strategic initiatives as required.

Job Requirements:

Candidate must possess a MICPA/ACCA/CIMA/CPA/ Degree in Accountancy qualification.

At least 10‑15 years of working experience in Financial Accounting with exposure to Budgeting, Inventory and Costing.

Familiar with ERP accounting system.

Minimum 5 years of experience in managing leading teams.
