Job description
Finance and Administration Manager

Head the finance and admin department. Solution oriented and a hand on person.

Perform full spectrum of operation and strategic transformation, statutory and management reporting, cash flow management, tax, transfer pricing documentation.

Able to manage daily operation matters including identifying inefficiencies, updating outdated SOPs, and introducing modern technology driven financial solutions to support growth and compliance.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy or a professional qualification in ACCA/CIMA or its equivalent and a MIA member.
  • Fluent in both oral and written English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
  • At least 5 years of working experience in the related field.
Responsibilities

Lead the finance and administration department, driving operational efficiencies, updating SOPs, and implementing technology solutions to meet growth and compliance objectives.
