Qualifications

• Proven work experience as Sales Executive, preferably in Retail, FMCG, or Sports industry.
• Valid driver's license and own a reliable vehicle, willing to travel outstation 50-70% of the time.
• Passion for sports or knowledge of sports equipment/footwear specifications is a major advantage.
• Proficiency in local dialects helpful when dealing with traditional shop owners.

Responsibilities

• Identify and cold-call potential clients in assigned territories.
• Build long-term trust with store owners and retail managers.
• Manage travel claims within company budget.
• Accurately record orders and coordinate with HQ for timely delivery.
• Submit weekly sales reports, visit logs, and market feedback.
