We are looking for QA Engineer to support overall Failure Analysis Laboratory management. You’ll work closely with others QA team and also others department especially process engineers to identify defect elements and potential failure root cause.

• Perform internal failure analysis using optical microscope, SEM-EDX and AFM including sample preparation.
• Manage all equipment in failure analysis laboratory to ensure all tools and equipment in good condition including troubleshooting efforts and collaborate with supplier to resolve tools and equipment issue
• Manage outsource sample to external provider including sample preparation, discuss and arrangement with suppliers and report compilation
• Work closely with other engineering departments, manufacturing teams, and sometimes customers to share findings and collaborate on solutions

Other Responsibilities

• Create detailed reports and presentations on findings and analysis results for stakeholders
• Participate in production and cleanroom audit

Skills and Competencies Profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Engineering field
• 1~2 years of experience in failure analysis / QA filed is add advantage

Technical Skills

• Hands-on experience with failure analysis tools (eg. SEM/EDX, AFM) is add advantage
• Familiarity with ISO certification is add advantage
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Able to work independently and communicate effectively across teams

Travel Requirement

• Minimal travel (<10%) (Occasional visits for vendor meetings or local audits
