Your Job

Participate in the daily operations of building maintenance for all managed investment properties.

Prepare and oversee Planned Preventive Maintenance (PPM) schedules and monitor the execution of PPM tasks by service providers.

Plan, implement, and track any required upgrading or corrective maintenance work, particularly those related to mechanical and civil engineering, ensuring completion for all properties.

Monitor and evaluate the performance of service providers for facilities management, including hands‑on engagement to ensure deliverables and contract compliance.

Collaborate effectively with team members to support smooth facilities management operations.

Ensure all buildings remain in optimal condition with minimal disruptions to occupants.

Verify completed PPM and corrective maintenance works, ensuring they meet contract specifications.

Conduct building defect analysis, identify root causes, recommend solutions, and provide cost estimations for remedial works and materials.

Qualifications & Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree (Hons) in Mechanical or Civil Engineering from a recognized university or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 3 years’ relevant experience in construction (building or infrastructure) or facilities management, particularly in building maintenance.
