Job description

Utilize and maintain power tool, test equipment and measuring instruments.

Install all types of commonly used wiring.

Locate and repairs faults in electrical systems.

Read and interpret simple electrical drawings and general arrangement drawings.

Inspect and interpret simple electrical wiring systems.

Complete weekly and monthly and annual PMs (Preventative Maintenance) of equipment and building.

Organize and perform maintenance request and work orders.

Conduct troubleshooting and repairs as needed on Facilities equipment.

Ensure HVAC and refrigeration system are operating properly.

Maintain positive effective relationships with vendors, co-workers and both internal and external customers.

Ensure all mechanical / electrical equipment supporting the facility is maintained and functioning properly and make necessary repairs and/or perform maintenance, i.e., HVAC refrigeration, fire protection, plumbing, generators, etc.
