Responsibilities

• Moderator for the P – Circle application by providing responsive professional customer support.
• Manage efficiently and monitor complaints via P – Circle chatbot to ensure timely solution.
• Promptly escalates inquiries to relevant teams and track actions for effective follow-up.
• Evaluate seller requests accurately within the P-Circle platform to maintain compliance and quality standards.
• Proactively troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to P-Circle operations.
• Adhere strictly to the company protocols on data privacy and ethical review standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor Degree in Computer Science/Software Engineering from any recognized institution.
• Knowledge in Applications / Software programmer will be an added advantage.
• Well versed in advanced programming and Artificial Intelligence (AI).
