Executive / Senior Executive - Marketing (Property)

JOB PURPOSE The role is responsible for supporting the planning, execution, and monitoring of marketing campaigns and activities to strengthen brand presence and generate leads for the company’s developments. The role works closely with internal teams, creative agencies, and external vendors to ensure timely delivery of marketing materials and effective implementation of marketing initiatives under the direction of the HOD / Manager.

Responsibilities
  • Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns, including advertising, promotions, digital marketing, and events.
  • Support the preparation and rollout of marketing communication materials such as brochures, flyers, banners, videos, OOH, social media content, and other collaterals.
  • Coordinate with creative agencies, designers, production vendors, and media partners to ensure timely and quality delivery of marketing assets.
  • Manage and update digital platforms (website, social media, property portals) and monitor campaign performance to optimize lead generation.
  • Work closely with the sales team to ensure accurate project information and sufficient distribution of sales and marketing materials.
  • Assist in organizing roadshows, exhibitions, launches, and promotional events, including venue setup, logistics coordination, and on-ground support.
  • Prepare and monitor marketing budgets, quotations, purchase requisitions, and cost tracking, ensuring alignment with departmental KPIs.
  • Conduct market surveys, competitor analysis, and research to support strategic marketing planning.
  • Compile leads generated from various channels (walk-ins, digital campaigns, referrals, business associates) and ensure timely handover to the sales team.
  • Liaise with authorities for advertising permit applications (APDL), renewals, and compliance-related matters when required.
  • Ensure all marketing materials are aligned with the company’s brand identity and communication standards.
  • Maintain proper documentation, records, and files for all marketing activities and approvals.
  • Provide regular updates and reports on marketing activities, leads performance, and campaign outcomes.
  • Perform any other duties assigned by the superior from time to time.
Qualifications
  • Minimum of Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business Administration, or equivalent.
  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience in marketing or communications, preferably within Property Development or related fields.
  • Experience with digital marketing, social media management, or creative content development is an added advantage.
  • Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia; proficiency in Mandarin is an advantage.
  • Creative, resourceful, and able to contribute fresh ideas to marketing initiatives.
  • Strong organisational and project coordination skills with attention to detail.
  • Proficient in MS Office; familiarity with design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe) is a plus.
  • Analytical mindset with ability to evaluate campaign performance and insights.
  • Good understanding of marketing principles, branding, and digital platforms.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with internal teams and external partners.
