Executive, Sales & Customer Service - Angsana Mall Johor Bahru
  • Maintain and enhance customer service standard across all service touchpoints.
  • Handle customer complaints professionally, including preliminary investigation and follow-up action Provide accurate information on mall operations, promotion, and events.
  • Coordinate customer inquiries received via phone, email, social media’s and at the information counter.
  • Prepare analytic reports on customer feedback, complaints and improvement proposal.
  • Monitor events and promotions in the building, as well as manage event facilities and complex amenities for organizers and tenants.
Retail & Operational Support:
  • Support retail and promotional activities, including booth coordination, event setup, and promotional logistics.
  • Monitor promotional material, inventory, assets, and operational supplies.
  • Liaise with merchants to ensure smooth operation and compliance with Kirana outlet procedure.
