Qualifications

• Candidate must possess at least a Degree in any discipline.
• Minimum 20 years of relevant experience in property development industry.
• Candidate must have experience in the full and end-to-end development cycle of at least 5 projects.
• Proven track record in senior leadership roles overseeing multiple property development projects.
• Strong commercial, financial, and strategic acumen.
• Excellent leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving capabilities.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong interpersonal skills to manage internal teams and stakeholders.
