A leading real estate firm in Putrajaya is seeking a finance professional to manage project costing and financial analysis. The ideal candidate will have a degree in Accounting or Finance, at least 5 years of relevant experience, and advanced skills in Excel and Power BI. This role involves ensuring timely project delivery within budget and providing financial insights to stakeholders.

Qualifications

Job description
Main Accountabilities
  1. Plan, execute and monitor the preparation of project costing through Anticipated Final Cost (AFC) report to facilitate management’s decision making with key financial information and operational analysis.
  2. Plan, execute and monitor Return on Cost (ROC) for Residential Projects with key financial information/analytics to ensure the project delivery on time, within budget and profitable.
  3. To prepare, execute and analyze monthly service cost recovery report through Power BI (PBI). Organize and facilitate monthly meetings to discuss findings and areas for improvement.
  4. Conduct financial due diligence and highlight the financial performance for position and to provide appropriate recommendation on issues highlighted
  5. Analyze and support the internal stakeholders on financial data in depth analysis in ensuring accuracy and timeliness of financial statement and quality analysis
  6. Ad-hoc financial reports and analysis to support the project and operation and as required by management from time to time.
  7. Ad-hoc tasks in relation to finance at business’ scope of work.
Requirements
  1. Degree in Accounting / Finance or equivalent, preferably with ACCA, MICPA or ICAEW.
  2. Have a minimum of 5 years of working experience in finance and accounts (experience in real estate/property industry and finance at operation is an advantage).
  3. Possess excellent analytical and interpersonal skills and knowledge in applications of Finance and Account standard.
  4. Advanced knowledge of Excel and Power BI
  5. Experience in full set accounting, reporting and consolidation.
