Job summary
A leading real estate firm in Putrajaya is seeking a finance professional to manage project costing and financial analysis. The ideal candidate will have a degree in Accounting or Finance, at least 5 years of relevant experience, and advanced skills in Excel and Power BI. This role involves ensuring timely project delivery within budget and providing financial insights to stakeholders.

Main Accountabilities
- Plan, execute and monitor the preparation of project costing through Anticipated Final Cost (AFC) report to facilitate management’s decision making with key financial information and operational analysis.
- Plan, execute and monitor Return on Cost (ROC) for Residential Projects with key financial information/analytics to ensure the project delivery on time, within budget and profitable.
- To prepare, execute and analyze monthly service cost recovery report through Power BI (PBI). Organize and facilitate monthly meetings to discuss findings and areas for improvement.
- Conduct financial due diligence and highlight the financial performance for position and to provide appropriate recommendation on issues highlighted
- Analyze and support the internal stakeholders on financial data in depth analysis in ensuring accuracy and timeliness of financial statement and quality analysis
- Ad-hoc financial reports and analysis to support the project and operation and as required by management from time to time.
- Ad-hoc tasks in relation to finance at business’ scope of work.
Requirements
- Degree in Accounting / Finance or equivalent, preferably with ACCA, MICPA or ICAEW.
- Have a minimum of 5 years of working experience in finance and accounts (experience in real estate/property industry and finance at operation is an advantage).
- Possess excellent analytical and interpersonal skills and knowledge in applications of Finance and Account standard.
- Advanced knowledge of Excel and Power BI
- Experience in full set accounting, reporting and consolidation.
