Overview
The Executive of Employee Experience & Culture plays a meaningful role in creating a positive and engaging workplace at MIMOS. This role supports initiatives that strengthen company culture, enhance employee well-being, and build a sense of community. It also involves coordinating and supporting Kelab Rekreasi dan Kebajikan MIMOS (KRIMS) activities to encourage teamwork, fun, and a healthy work-life balance in alignment with SATRIA-1 values.
Responsibilities
- Plan and Execute Employee Engagement Activities
- Assist in the design and roll-out of employee engagement programs such as appreciation days, internal company events, on-boarding and cultural celebrations.
- Collaborate with relevant departments to gather feedback and assess the effectiveness of engagement initiatives.
- Organize events are inclusive, meaningful, and aligned with company values and employee interests as well as employer branding.
- Support Internal Communication
- Draft and distribute internal announcements, eventâs poster, and updates to keep staff informed and connected.
- Help manage digital communication channels such as the intranet, email blasts, or any community platforms.
- Work closely with all parties and management to ensure messages are clear, timely, and engaging.
- Coordinator for Kelab Rekreasi dan Kebajikan MIMOS (KRIMS)
- Plan, organize, and support KRIMS including sports tournaments, wellness campaigns, and recreational outings.
- Liaise with vendors, suppliers, and venues to ensure smooth execution of events.
- Maintain participation records, budget tracking, and event evaluations for continuous improvement.
- Provide Administrative Support
- Handle scheduling, meeting coordination, and logistics for culture and sports-related events.
- Maintain updated records, reports, and documentation for all engagement and club activities.
- Support procurement, inventory management, and reimbursements related to engagement and KRIMS functions.
Qualifications
- Possess Bachelorâs degree Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications, Psychology, or a related field.
Work Experience
- Minimum of 1-3 years of relevant working experience in employee engagement, internal communications, HR support, or administrative roles.
- Experience coordinating events or club activities is an added advantage.
Technical Skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written) in both English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Good organizational and time-management abilities with attention to detail.
- Ability to plan, prioritize, and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic design tools (e.g., Canva) is a plus.
