Job summary

A leading beverage company located in Shah Alam, Malaysia, is seeking a Distribution Coordinator. The role involves managing the distribution of finished goods, planning sequences for delivery, preparing necessary documentation, and ensuring timely fulfillment of orders. Candidates should possess a diploma or degree in Business or Economics. Relevant experience is preferred, but fresh graduates are welcome to apply. Knowledge of SAP is an advantage. The working hours are Monday to Friday from 7 AM to 4 PM.

Qualifications

  • At least 1-2 years relevant working experience, fresh graduates encouraged.
  • Proactive and innovative approach in work.

Responsibilities

  • Receive and issue finished goods as per company policy.
  • Plan and execute daily distribution plan.
  • Prepare shipping documents accurately on time.
  • Ensure fulfillment of outstanding sales orders.
  • Post SAP transactions and documents accurately.
  • Plan duty payment and prepare documents.
  • Prepare KPI and relevant reports.
  • Coordinate amenities deliveries with stakeholders.

Skills

Knowledge in SAP
Basic computer skills (Ms Word and Ms Excel)
Ability to work independently
Positive attitude
Strong sense of team cooperation

Education

Diploma/Bachelor degree in Business/Economics or equivalent
Job description

Managing the distribution of finished goods by effectively schedule the route planning and shipment. Perform Delivery Plan and Booking Truck. Ensure all data keyed in, processed and updated correctly. Posting Daily Stock receiving from Production and generate invoices and Delivery notes accordingly.

Responsibilities
  • Receive and issue finished goods as per company policy.
  • Plan and execution of daily distribution plan.
  • Preparation of shipping documents accurately on a timely basis.
  • Ensure that all the outstanding sales orders are fulfilled on time in full.
  • Posting of SAP transactions and documents accurately.
  • Duty payment planning and preparation of documents.
  • Preparation of KPI and other relevant reports.
  • Coordination for amenities deliveries with stakeholders.
  • Any other duties that are to be given from time to time.
Requirements
  • With a Diploma/Bachelor degree in Business/Economics or equivalent.
  • Preferably with 1-2 years relevant working experience.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Knowledge in SAP will be an added advantage.
  • Ability to work independently and dependable.
  • Positive attitude and with sense of responsibility.
