Position Overview
Assist in developing and implementing group‑wide corporate communication strategies and plans.
Responsibilities
- Draft, edit, and coordinate corporate materials including press releases, speeches, media statements, announcements, and corporate presentations.
- Support media relations activities, including media monitoring, press briefings, and responding to media inquiries in coordination with senior team members.
- Ensure consistency of messaging across all subsidiaries and business units.
- Support internal communication initiatives to engage employees across the Group, preparing internal announcements, newsletters, intranet content, and leadership messages.
- Coordinate communication rollouts for corporate initiatives, change management, and key milestones.
- Uphold and reinforce the Group’s corporate identity, tone, and messaging guidelines, monitoring media coverage and public sentiment and preparing reports for management.
- Assist in issues and crisis communications planning and execution as required.
- Develop and manage content for corporate websites, social media platforms, and other digital channels, coordinating with design, digital, and marketing teams to produce high‑quality communication materials.
- Track engagement and effectiveness of communication campaigns and recommend improvements.
- Liaise with communications teams across subsidiaries to ensure alignment and information sharing.
- Support communication with key stakeholders, including investors, partners, regulators, and community groups, when required.
- Assist in organizing corporate events, press conferences, and stakeholder engagements.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field.
- 2 to 5 years of experience in corporate communications, public relations, media, or a related role. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Experience in a group, multinational, or matrix organization is an added advantage.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Good understanding of media relations and corporate branding.
- Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with digital platforms and content management systems is an advantage.
