Responsibilities
  • Respond promptly and effectively to any issues that may impact sales performance.
  • Prepare and submit weekly sales and performance reports as required by management.
  • Achieve monthly sales targets while meeting established key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Accurately process export sales orders, ensuring timely entry into the system and close coordination with production, logistics, and quality assurance teams to ensure seamless order fulfilment.
  • Monitor and analyse export sales performance, identifying trends and opportunities for continuous improvement.
  • Contribute to business development initiatives and participate in trade exhibitions, promotional events, and other marketing activities to enhance brand presence and generate new business opportunities.
