In this full‑time role based in Kuala Lumpur, you will be responsible for planning, organizing and executing a variety of high‑profile events for the organisation. Your strategic and logistical expertise will be crucial in delivering successful, impactful events that drive engagement and further the company's objectives.

What you’ll be doing
  • Proactively drive events from planning, execution to tracking results
  • To liaise with vendors to ensure quality and timely delivery of assigned task
  • To provide administration support
  • To prepare documentation for the project involved
  • Be involved in related activities/events as and when required by the Management
What we’re looking for
  • 2‑3 years of experience in event management or a related field
  • Strong project management and problem‑solving skillsExcellent interpersonal and communication abilities to liaise with diverse stakeholders
  • Demonstrable experience in event marketing, promotion and registration
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team to deliver high‑quality events
  • Attention to excellent organizational skills, identify and knack for problem‑solving
  • Willing to travel outstation
  • Required Language(s): Mandarin, English & Malay
