• Monitor engineering performance KPIs and ensure timely resolution.
• Oversee end‑to‑end PCBA manufacturing processes.
• Support SMT line setup, programming, and parameter optimisation.
• Manage line performance and defect reduction with SMT engineers.
• Support audits, customer visits, and technical reviews.
• Continuously monitor process quality and drive defect reduction.
• Oversee engineering equipment selection and maintenance planning.
• Evaluate new technologies or automation opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategies to optimize manufacturing processes, reduce costs, and improve product quality.
• Lead an engineering team and provide guidance, training, and support to ensure the successful execution of projects.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams such as production, quality control, supply chain, etc., to identify and resolve process‑related issues.
• Monitor engineering performance KPIs and ensure timely issue resolution.
• Oversee end‑to‑end PCBA manufacturing processes, ensuring compliance with production requirements and customer specifications.
• Support SMT line setup, programming, profiling, and parameter optimisation (Stencil design, paste printing, pick & place, reflow).
• Work with SMT engineers to manage line performance, defect reduction, and equipment capability.
• Support audits, customer visits, and technical reviews.
• Continuously monitor process quality and drive defect reduction programs.
• Oversee engineering equipment selection, maintenance planning, calibration, and capability enhancement.
• Evaluate new technologies or automation opportunities to improve productivity.
