ENGINEER, PRODUCTION ENGINEERING (CHECKER DEVELOPMENT)

What You’ll Do:

• Oversee daily operations of testing equipment and support production demand
• Manage maintenance of testers, jigs, and fixtures
• Develop new checkers/testers for upcoming products
• Ensure test programs are accurate, verified, and up to date
• Review product designs for testability and propose improvements (DFT)
• Work with suppliers on test equipment, jig, and fixture standards
• Lead efforts to boost checker reliability and productivity
• Develop and guide a team of supervisors and technicians
• Monitor and report on performance of Checker Development targets
• Collaborate with other departments on testing‑related matters
• Enforce 5S and ensure safety & compliance in the work area
