Job description

Electronic Hardware Staff Engineer/Senior Engineer/Engineer

Define product architecture and create conceptual designs and prototype based on specifications.

Participate in design and development of baseband analog, logic, and digital circuits for wireless audio and pro audio products.

Perform circuit integration, generate schematics, and conduct testing and optimization at both circuit and system levels.

Ensure design processes and documentation comply with company standards.

Collaborate with a team of engineers and designers at all stages of product development.

Willing to travel overseas to support prototype builds, production builds and customers reviews.

Attend meetings with customers and design team.

Requirements

• Degree in Electrical/Electronics/Communication Engineering
• Minimum 5 years of experience in baseband design and development
• Hands-on experience in designing and testing baseband, audio, and power management systems
• Familiarity with baseband system integration for audio, power, battery, memory, and processor components
• Experience in audio/wireless hardware system design is preferred
• Proficient in material selection and Bill of Materials (BOM) generation
• Analytical, independent, highly motivated, with excellent interpersonal communication skill and leadership qualities
• Excellent teamwork skills, flexibility, and ability to multi-task
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Manual dexterity and problem-solving skills
• Must be proactive, self-motivated, and able to work well in a fast-paced environment
