A facilities management company in Kedah is seeking an individual to oversee asset management programmes at the ICQS Complex. This role includes ensuring effective delivery of integrated facilities management services and maintaining the infrastructure in safe and compliant condition. The candidate will coordinate with government agencies, manage maintenance activities, lead the electrical team, and monitor energy consumption. Strong experience in asset management and oversight of safety compliance is essential.

• Lead the electrical team and prepare technical reports.
• Ensure timely closure of Customer Requisitions and audit findings.

Job description

Responsibilities

• Oversee all asset management programmes at the Immigration, Customs, Quarantine and Security (ICQS) Complex and ensure effective delivery of Integrated Facilities Management (IFM) services in line with Key Performance Indicator (KPI) requirements.
• Preserve the good condition of infrastructure and ensure all facilities remain safe, compliant, and fully functional.
• Coordinate with government agencies, vendors, and key stakeholders to support smooth ICQS facility operations.
• Manage daily maintenance activities, safety compliance, procurement processes, budgeting, and KPI performance tracking.
• Lead the electrical team and prepare technical reports, inspections, and condition assessment documentation.
• Ensure timely closure of Customer Requisitions, Client's findings, audit findings, and corrective action items.
• Monitor energy consumption, implement energy-saving initiatives, and oversee safety and emergency-response procedures.
• Handle electrical and ELV-related systems including CCTV, Door Access Control, Energy-Saving Systems, Automatic Doors, BIS Access Control System, Arm Lane Barrier–Piece Flange (ALB) System, ICT Systems, Bosch Access Modular Controller, and Video Management System (VMS).
