Job description
Key Responsibilities

Carry out the establishment of ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 management systems, including documentation development, internal audits, management reviews, implementation of system certification and certification acquisition, as well as ongoing maintenance and continuous improvement of system operation.

In accordance with legal and corporate requirements, establish, supervise, and implement occupational safety management systems and digital platforms; organize and ensure the execution of training and education, hazard identification and rectification, risk assessment and control, and emergency response drills, in order to enhance safety management, reduce the occurrence of accidents, and achieve safe production.

Implement supervision and management of the full lifecycle of the "three wastes" (waste gas, wastewater, and solid waste), and maintain the continuous operation of the ISO 14001 system to ensure environmental compliance.

To identify, assess, and control occupational hazards and health risks present in the workplace, supervise and manage the ISO 45001 system, and promote and safeguard employees’ physical and mental health during work activities.

Supervise and manage the safe and compliant operation of the factory’s fire safety equipment and facilities.

Supervise and manage the operation of the factory’s gate posts, surveillance, access control, and other security systems to ensure stable company security.

Maintain effective communication with local authorities responsible for safety, environmental protection, fire safety, and occupational health, promptly identify, implement, and comply with applicable laws, regulations, and rules issued by government agencies to ensure the company’s compliant operations.

What We’re Looking For

More than 5 years of experience in safety, environmental protection, occupational health, fire safety, and construction safety management in chemical plants; experience in the chemical or automotive industries is preferred.

Well-versed in safety, environmental, and occupational health management, with familiarity in ISO 45001, ISO 14001, and Level-2 Safety Production Standardization systems.

Holds an SHO (Safety and Health Officer) certificate; certification as a Lead Auditor is preferred; knowledgeable in lean production management, energy management systems, and basic concepts of dual-carbon initiatives.

Good communication skills in English (Mandarin is an advantage for China-based projects).
