We are seeking a passionate and dynamic Education Solutions Advisor to be the primary point of contact for prospective and current students. This role is crucial in driving enrollment through expert consultation, compelling online presentations, and seamless management of our digital student journey. The ideal candidate is a degree holder with a deep passion for education, exceptional communication skills, and a proven ability to solve problems efficiently. You will be responsible for handling student leads, delivering engaging online program presentations, managing appointments, and overseeing the student experience via our Chatpilot and ClassIn student portal.
Key Responsibilities
1. Lead Management & Consultation
- Serve as the first point of contact for prospective students, providing expert advice on UBA programs.
- Handle inbound inquiries via phone, email, and chatbot, converting leads into consultations.
- Conduct needs analysis to recommend suitable programs and guide students through the enrollment process.
2. Online Presentation & Program Advocacy
- Prepare and deliver captivating, informative online presentations (webinars, info sessions) about UBA programs to groups and individuals.
- Represent UBA professionally, articulate program value propositions, and address queries in real-time to inspire prospective students.
3. Appointment & Relationship Management
- Schedule, coordinate, and confirm consultation appointments using UBA’s CRM system.
- Conduct follow-up communications to nurture leads and ensure a smooth transition from inquiry to enrollment.
4. Digital Platform & Chatpilot Oversight
- Chatpilot Management: Monitor, manage, and respond to inquiries through the AI Chatpilot system, ensuring accurate information and escalating complex issues when necessary. Help refine chatbot knowledge base and responses.
- ClassIn Portal Stewardship: Act as the primary operational support for the ClassIn student portal. Assist students with navigation, troubleshooting access issues, and understanding platform features for classes and resources.
- Ensure a consistent and positive digital experience across all student touchpoints.
5. Administrative & Problem-Solving Duties
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date student records in the database.
- Identify and resolve student issues related to applications, portals, or information swiftly and effectively.
- Provide feedback to the management team on system improvements, student concerns, and market trends.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in any field. A degree in Education, Communication, Business, or a related field is a plus.
- Genuine passion for the education sector and a desire to help students achieve their academic goals.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and persuade diverse audiences in both one-on-one and online presentation settings.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive, customer-service oriented approach.
- Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn and manage digital platforms (CRM, webinar tools, student portals like ClassIn).
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in consulting, customer service, sales, or educational administration is highly desirable.
