Job summary

A leading recruitment firm in Malaysia seeks a candidate for an Ecommerce Platform support role. The successful applicant will be responsible for troubleshooting incidents, monitoring applications, and conducting QA/testing. Required qualifications include a degree in Computer Science or related discipline, proficiency in Simplified Chinese, and the ability to code in Java and Python. Previous experience managing clients from China and Japan is advantageous. The remuneration is up to MYR 10,000, based on relevant experience.

Qualifications

• Able to code in Java, Python, Unix/Bash is a must.
• Proficiency in spoken and written Simplified Chinese.
• Ability to speak/write Japanese will be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day operations of the Ecommerce Platform Application.
• Troubleshoot incidents and manage incidents till resolution.
• Conduct QA/Testing of the application after each Sprint.
