Job summary

A leading events management company in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a Technical Leadership/Support specialist with at least 5 years of experience in CMMS implementations. The role involves contributing to project teams, developing technical standards, and ensuring compliance with industry practices. Ideal candidates will have a strong background in CMMS technologies and demonstrate leadership in mentoring teams. Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in CMMS implementations.
  • Proven track record of demonstrating graduate/junior roles and driving continuous improvement in asset integrity management.
  • Proven track records in working in an internal environment.

Responsibilities

  • Contribute to sales, engineering, operations, and project teams.
  • Develop and maintain technical standards, procedures, and best practices for CMMS implementations.
  • Prepare technical and functional documentation, including configuration and report designs.
  • Perform as medior role in the team within the assigned discipline.
  • Participate in mentorship and technical discussions to enhance technical skills.
  • Support CMMS projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and within scope.
  • Stay abreast of advancements in CMMS technologies.

Technical Leadership/Support
  • i. CONTRIBUTE to sales, engineering, operations, and project teams.
  • ii. ABLE to Develop and maintain technical standards, procedures, and best practices for CMMS implementations, ensuring alignment with industry standards and organizational goals, with minimum guidance.
  • ii. PREPARE technical and functional documentation, including configuration and report designs.
Team Management
  • i. ABLE to perform as medior role in the team within the assigned discipline, ensuring the effective allocation of resources and the achievement of team objectives.
  • ii. PARTICIPATE in mentorship and technical discussion, and development opportunities to enhance technical skills and professional growth.
  • iii. PARTICIPATE in regular performance reviews with TM, able to initiate individual and team goals, and foster a collaborative and high-performance team culture.
Continuous Improvement
  • i. PARTICIPATE to continuous improvement in CMMS practices by leveraging data analytics, emerging technologies, and industry trends.
  • ii. ASSIST senior team in opportunities for our Clients to enhance asset performance, reduce operational costs, and extend asset life.
  • iii. PARTICIPATE in technical assessments and audits to ensure compliance with CMMS standards and identify areas for improvement WITH MINIMUM GUIDANCE.
Stakeholder Engagement
  • ii. CONTRIBUTE to cross-regional teams to ensure CMMS project execution.
  • iii. INVOLVED on technical training and mentoring to engineering and operations staff, fostering a culture of knowledge sharing and technical excellence.
Project Oversight
  • i. SUPPORT CMMS projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and meet performance objectives.
  • ii. PARTICIPATE in project reviews, providing expert input on technical feasibility, risk management, and resource allocation.
  • iii. ENSURE that CMMS projects are aligned with long-term asset management strategies and organizational goals.
Innovation and Technology Adoption
  • i. Stay abreast of advancements in CMMS technologies and methodologies, and evaluate their potential application within the organization.
  • ii. SUPPORT the implementation of innovative solutions, such as advanced analytics, machine learning, and IoT, to enhance asset performance.
  • iii. COLLABORATE with IT and SME/SMO to develop and deploy digital tools and platforms for CMMS
Experience
  • i. Minimum of 5 years of experience in CMMS implementations.
