Job summary

A leading financial technology company based in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a hands-on Technical Functional Lead for Microsoft Dynamics 365. This role involves collaborating with internal departments and an external vendor to optimize system configurations and workflows. Candidates must have over 5 years of relevant experience, strong financial process understanding, and excellent communication skills. Qualifications

• 5+ years experience of technical and functional experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365.
• Demonstrated ability to define dimensions, financial structures, and compliance rules in ERP systems.
• Hands-on ability to define, configure inputs, and validate system elements.

Responsibilities

• Work with Finance and other departments to gather requirements for D365 specifications.
• Lead UAT by designing test cases and validating data accuracy.
• Train Finance and other users on how to leverage D365 effectively.

Skills

Technical and functional experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365

Strong knowledge of Finance/Accounting processes

Analytical and problem-solving skills

Excellent communication and vendor management skills

Knowledge of Malaysian SST and e-Invoicing

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, or related field
