We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Draughtsman to join our engineering team at HL-Manufacturing Industries Sdn. Bhd. The role involves preparing and checking technical drawings for precast concrete elements while ensuring accuracy and compliance with project and office standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Read and interpret architectural and structural drawings provided by consultants.
• Prepare accurate shop drawings for precast elements according to design and project requirements.
• Compile complete sets of tender, construction, and as-built drawings.
• Review and verify shop drawings to ensure dimensional accuracy and design consistency.
• Maintain drafting documentation and ensure compliance with company and industry standards.
• Work closely with engineers and project teams to support design coordination and technical documentation.
• Utilize AutoCAD and/or BIM (Revit) software to produce and update drawings efficiently.

Requirements

• Diploma in Civil Engineering or equivalent qualification.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in drafting or design, preferably within the precast or construction industry.
• Proficient in AutoCAD; experience in BIM (Revit) is highly preferred.
• Strong understanding of technical drawings, detailing, and construction documentation.
• Excellent attention to detail, with a methodical and organized approach to work.
