Job summary

A global leader in automotive manufacturing is seeking a Document Controller in Senai, Malaysia. The successful candidate will manage company documents, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality. Responsibilities include assisting in record management, document distribution, and compliance with quality standards. Candidates with 2-5 years of experience or fresh graduates with strong organizational and Microsoft Office skills are welcome. This role offers a salary range of RM2000 - RM3500 and standard working hours of 8am-5:30pm.

Qualifications

  • Ability to work independently and handle confidential information.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain all company documents, ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and proper filing.
  • Control the distribution of documents and ensure staff have access to the latest versions.
  • Assist in preparing, updating, and archiving records in both electronic and hard copy formats.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and audit requirements.
  • Support departments with document retrieval and provide timely updates when required.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to track document status and maintain document registers.
