Job Scope / Key Responsibilities

• Consultations: Provide professional consultations and personalized treatment plans
• Aesthetic Treatments: Perform non-surgical and minimally invasive procedures (Botox, Laser, Thread Lifts, PRP, etc.)
• Post-Treatment Care: Prepare post-treatment medications and provide clear aftercare instructions
• Client Management: Handle patient inquiries and complaints professionally and promptly
• Training & Development: Conduct CME sessions and train nurses and consultants
• Sales & KPIs: Achieve sales targets and KPIs set by management
• Digital Marketing: Support social media and digital campaigns to promote services

Requirements

• Education: MBBS/MD or equivalent, registered with Malaysian Medical Council (MMC) with valid Annual Practicing Certificate (APC)
• Experience: Prior experience in aesthetic or cosmetic medicine; LCP-certified doctors preferred
• Language: Proficient in Mandarin and English
• Skills & Work Style: Able to work independently and in a team; strong interpersonal and sales skills; motivated and passionate about aesthetics
• Appearance: Professional appearance; pleasant demeanor
