Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operational performance of retail stores within the assigned region.
• Act as the main liaison between headquarters and store teams, conducting regular store visits.
• Ensure all stores comply with company standards, SOPs, and operational guidelines.
• Set, track, and analyse district KPIs, including sales, ATV, UPT, ASP, footfall, and conversion rates.
• Ensure consistent implementation of marketing campaigns across all locations.
• Provide data-driven recommendations to senior management to improve store performance and customer experience.
• Lead initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and competitiveness.
• Coach, guide, and develop Store Managers to achieve KPIs and deliver high service standards.
