A leading sales organization seeks a professional to manage key distributors in Malaysia. This role focuses on driving sales growth, setting performance targets, and expanding the distributor network. Candidates should hold a degree in Marketing or Sales and possess 3-5 years of experience in MLM or Direct Sales. Proficiency in Chinese and English is essential. This role is responsible for managing key distributors, driving sales growth, achieving KPI and expanding the distributor network to achieve business growth
Build and strengthen relationships with key distributors and their team.
Set monthly/quarterly sales targets and ensure distributors meet their performance goals.
Drive the sales promotions, incentives, and training programs.
Make calls to key distributors and downlines, explaining the promotion and product benefits clearly and professionally.
Conduct monthly business opportunity cum review with them to monitor progress and identify growth opportunities.
Monitor team performance, targets, incentives, and rankings.
Implement growth strategies and motivation programs for higher productivity
Ensuring in achieving monthly/quarterly sales KPI.
Provide ongoing support and foster a positive and energetic successful team in sales cum network expansion.
Ensure all distributors follow company policies, ethical selling practices.
Submission of weekly, and monthly performance reports to management is imperative.
Degree in Marketing, Sales or related field
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience specifically in MLM / Network Marketing / Direct Sales.
