Job description

We are a vibrant education centre offering Korean language and academic programs that open doors to higher education and cultural experiences in Korea. As we expand our digital learning capabilities, we are looking for a proactive Digital Learning Systems Executive with an IT background to help develop and integrate our online learning ecosystem.

In this role, you will play a key part in creating a seamless digital learning experience by connecting our LMS, EMS, digital resources, and external learning tools, ensuring smooth and engaging online learning for both students and lecturers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in developing and integrating the academy’s e-learning ecosystem.
  • Connect and manage digital learning platforms such as Moodle, Coursera, LinkedIn Learning, Articulate 360, Google Classroom, and the LMS to create a seamless learning experience.
  • Upload, organise, and maintain online course materials, resources, and assessments.
  • Ensure all digital content is accurate, functional, and easy to use.
  • Monitor platform usage, prepare engagement reports, and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Assist in running live or virtual training sessions and workshops, supporting slides and digital resources.
  • Perform simple video edits or enhancements using AI or multimedia tools.
  • Provide basic troubleshooting and liaise with IT or vendors when needed.
Requirements
  • Diploma/Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
  • Exposure to LMS platforms e.g., Moodle, Coursera, Canvas, Google Classroom, Blackboard, LinkedIn Learning, Articulate 360. Knowledge of AI tools for content creation would be considered a bonus and an added advantage for this role.
  • 2 years of working experience in the relevant industry.
  • Basic understanding of system integration or APIs is beneficial.
  • Good troubleshooting skills and the ability to support non-technical users.
  • Strong attention to detail, good communication skills, and a proactive working attitude.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with academic, administrative, and IT teams.
