Performance Marketing & Content Executive
We are seeking a creative and analytical Digital Content Executive to drive our digital advertising and content strategy with a focus on conversions and Performance. This role will be responsible for creating engaging content (Tiktok & Social Media) and managing paid advertising campaigns across Meta, Google, and TikTok Ads. The ideal candidate is both content-driven and performance-oriented, with a strong understanding of how to combine creativity and data to generate results.
Develop persuasive ad copy, visuals, and video scripts tailored for conversion-focused campaigns.
Create engaging content (Tiktok & social media) designed to drive product awareness, engagement, and sales conversions.
Collaborate with designers and video editors to produce strong creative assets aligned with campaign objectives.
Ensure all content is optimized for different digital platforms and sales funnels.
Plan, execute, and manage advertising campaigns on Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads and Shopee Ads.
Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives, copy, audiences, and TikTok formats to identify high-performing strategies.
Optimize campaigns to achieve KPIs such as CTR, CPA, Conversion Rate, and ROAS.
Monitor and analyze campaign performance, preparing regular performance reports with actionable insights.
Stay updated with the latest trends in digital marketing, TikTok advertising, and e-commerce.
Suggest innovative strategies, content ideas, and growth opportunities to maximize conversions.
Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to ensure alignment between content, campaigns, and revenue objectives.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience).
1–3 years of experience in digital marketing, performance marketing, or content creation.
Strong understanding of digital ad platforms (Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads).
Experience in creating social media content (especially TikTok) that drives measurable conversions.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret campaign data and optimize accordingly.
Excellent communication, creativity, and project management skills.
