Job description

Responsible for leading DevOps delivery and ensuring smooth CI/CD processes, cloud operations, deployments, and automation. This role supervises day-to-day execution and mentors junior DevOps engineers.

Responsibilities

• Lead DevOps technical tasks and team execution
• Improve CI/CD pipelines, Kubernetes operations, and deployment automation
• Implement monitoring, observability, and system alerts
• Oversee incident response, root cause analysis, and environment stability
• Enhance infrastructure reliability, performance, security, and uptime
• Collaborate with developers and QA for deployments and releases
• Ensure proper documentation, playbooks, and adherence to DevOps standards
• Mentor and guide junior DevOps engineers
• Manage and monitor deployment of software to on‑premises hardware such as ACG, TVM, kiosks, POS, and edge devices, including configuration and remote updates

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in DevOps and cloud operations
• Strong Kubernetes and CI/CD experience
• Proficient in Linux, networking, and scripting
• Previous leadership or mentoring experience
• Familiarity with Azure Cloud is an advantage
